As an award-winning talent development leader, coach, speaker, and workplace strategist with nearly two decades of experience, including time spent working for Oprah and across some of the world’s most prestigious global consulting firms, I’ve seen the corporate world from the inside out. I know what it takes to rise, and I know the unique pressures that come with trying to do it with integrity.

What sets me apart is the rare combination of credentials I bring to this work: Board Certified Coach, ICF Credentialed Coach, Christian Life Coach, Bible teacher, senior HR professional, credentialed project manager, and holder of both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Management.
